萤苑曲
杨花吹春一千里，兽舰如云锦帆起。
咸洛山河真帝都，君王自爱扬州死。
军装小队皆美人，画龙鞯汗金麒麟。
香风摇荡夜游处，二十四桥珠翠尘。
骑行不用烧红烛，万点飞萤炫川谷。
金钗歌度苑中来，宝帐香迷楼上宿。
醉魂贪作花月荒，肯信剑戟生宫墙。
斓斑六合洗秋露，尚疑怨血凝晶光。
至今落日行人路，鬼火狐鸣隔烟树。
腐草无情亦有情，年年为照雷塘墓。

The spring breeze stirs up a thousand miles of poplar flowers, Ships sail like clouds with their colorful sails raised. The capital Xianlu is truly the capital of the world, The emperor loved to die in the city of Yangzhou.
The military uniforms are adorned with beautiful women, Their dragon-patterned saddles sparkle with golden麒麟. Fragrant winds sway at night as they wander, Over the twenty-four bridges, jewelry and beauty are seen.
No need to light red candles for a horse ride, Flying insects light up the river valley in thousands of sparks. Golden hairpins sing as they pass through the garden, In the palace's treasures chamber, a sweet scent lingers.
Drunken souls are lost in the beauty of flowers and moonlight, Believing that swords and halberds could be part of the palace walls. The world is washed in autumn dew, displaying a riot of colors, I still doubt if it's not the result of bloodshed and shining crystal.
On the road under the setting sun, people still travel today, Ghostly lights and foxes crying are seen through misty trees. Dead grass may be indifferent but it also has feelings, Year after year, it lights up the Leitang tomb.
《萤苑曲》以其细腻的笔触和深邃的意境，勾勒出一幅晚唐时期扬州的繁华与哀愁交织的画卷。开篇“杨花吹春一千里，兽舰如云锦帆起”，以杨花纷飞的春日景象开篇，随即笔锋一转，描绘出船只如云、帆影似锦的壮观场面，扬州作为帝都之外的繁华之地，其盛况可见一斑。这里，“咸洛山河真帝都”与“君王自爱扬州死”两句，既点出了扬州虽非正统帝都，却因其富丽堂皇而深得君王喜爱，乃至不愿离去的史实，也隐含了对君王沉迷享乐、忘却国事的批评。
